Seminar for Fire Police in Pennsylvania

On April 18, 2010, John R. Ninosky, a shareholder with Johnson Duffie, was a guest speaker at a training seminar sponsored by the Lower Swarata Fire Department Auxiliary. Mr. Ninosky spoke to fire police from Dauphin and Perry Counties regarding the importance of, and strategies and techniques for providing accurate and comprehensive deposition and trial testimony. He presented methods to allow the fire police to hone in on significant points and to present those points effectively. These abilities will provide a foundation for effective deposition and trial testimony.
