Theresa Weaver-Barbers practices in the areas of family law (including divorce, custody, support, adoption, name changes, and Protection from Abuse matters) and immigration law (including naturalization, adjustment of status or “green card” applications, visas, and many other matters). Ms. Weaver-Barbers regularly represents family law clients in court in local counties, and has represented clients in cases in Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Perry, and York counties. Ms. Weaver-Barbers also represents immigration clients in interviews before USCIS in Philadelphia and in removal proceedings in Philadelphia’s Immigration Court.
In her free time, Ms. Weaver-Barbers enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and reading.

Ms. Weaver-Barbers is a member of the Cumberland County and Dauphin County Bar Associations, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Ms. Weaver-Barbers regularly represents pro bono clients through the Cumberland County Bar Association’s pro bono program.
