Seth A. Perago is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (B.S.B.A. 2008; M.B.A. 2014) and Widener University Commonwealth Law School (J.D. 2020). While at Widener, Mr. Perago was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, a Student Bar Association representative, and competed as a member of the Transaction Team at the 2019 Mid Penn Bank Invitational Transactional Law Competition. Mr. Perago attended law school as an evening student while working full-time as a claims adjuster and enjoyed over 13 years of experience in that field.
At Johnson Duffie, Mr. Perago concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation, after having previously practiced as a litigator for one of the country’s largest insurance defense firms, where he handled bad faith claims against insurers, personal injury disputes, and demands for extra-contractual damages and, also, drafted insurance coverage opinions.
