Ms. James assists individuals and families in creating and implementing estate plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, guiding clients through the process of protecting and transferring assets, minimizing tax burdens, and providing confidence that their wishes will be carried out. She also supports fiduciaries and families through the estate and trust administration process, offering steady guidance during what is often a difficult and complex time.
Ms. James earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Florida. She is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Cumberland County Bar Association.
