Jason McNicholl focuses his practice in litigation. With over 16 years of successfully defending clients in general litigation, McNicholl has extensive expertise in premises and motor vehicle accident liability, UM/UIM, construction, products liability, employment, and contract litigation throughout Pennsylvania. He has secured favorable trial verdicts in numerous counties including Lancaster, Philadelphia, Berks, Centre, Montgomery, and Schuylkill counties.

McNicholl is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2002, where he served as President of the Public Interest Law Fund and earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, with a major in English and a concentration in Communications. As a four-year member of the Roanoke cross country team, he earned Academic All-American Honors and qualified as an individual participant for two Division III National Cross Country Championships.
