Johnson Duffie is excited to announce that Attorney Seth A. Perago has joined the Insurance Defense Practice Group at the firm.
Mr. Perago has previously practiced as a litigator for one of the country’s largest insurance defense firms, where he handled bad faith claims against insurers, personal injury disputes, and demands for extra-contractual damages and, also, drafted insurance coverage opinions.
While attending law school, Mr. Perago also worked as a full-time claims adjuster and had over 13 years of experience in that field.
Mr. Perago earned his B.S.B.A and M.B.A from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While at Widener, Mr. Perago was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, a Student Bar Association representative, and competed as a member of the Transaction Team at the 2019 Mid Penn Bank Invitational Transactional Law Competition.
